Cookies and coffee were born to be together, so we boozed them up and put both flavors in one glorious cocktail!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons (1.5 oz) Irish cream liqueur
4 tablespoons (2 oz.) coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons (1 oz.) toffee liqueur (or butterscotch schnapps)
1/4 cup half-and-half
Steps
1. Place sugar in a thin layer in the bottom of a small skillet. Heat over medium-high heat until sugar begins to melt, puddle and turn golden. Pour onto a piece of parchment paper and allow to cool. Once cool, place in a zip-top bag and crack into small pieces with a kitchen mallet. Set aside.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Irish cream, coffee liqueur, toffee liqueur and half-and-half with 2/3 cup ice. Shake for 30-60 seconds. Pour into a large glass. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with melted sugar pieces. Serve immediately and enjoy!
