A lightly sweet and lightly boozy whipped cream recipe perfect for topping your favourite coffee beverage or pie.
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream LESS 2 Tablespoons
- 2 TB whiskey
- 2 TB sugar
Place a METAL bowl and METAL whisk in freezer for 15 minutes.
Add all ingredients to bowl and whisk quickly for about 5 minutes or until soft peaks form.
Serve with your favorite dessert or coffee beverage.
