Amarone

Amarone originates from the Venitian region of Italy and it is Italy’s forth biggest selling wine. The grapes used are traditionally dried on racks to bring out their optimal flavours. With flavours of licorice and figs it is full bodied, robust and has a full mouth feel.

Barolo

One of the cherished Italian wines – deep in colour, high in tannin, full-bodied and robust with ripe black fruit flavours. Barolo should be cellared for several months before enjoying. Matches well with full flavoured red meats and hardy stews.

Lodi Old Vines Zinfandel

There the famous thick, gnarled and twisted old vine plantings possess deep, rigorous root systems and limited grape yields, contributing to intensely concentrated flavors in the grapes. The result is a deep rich red, with bold, zesty aromas and ripe berry fruits on the tongue. Old Vines Zinfandel: The special Zinfandel is sourced directly from the Lodi appellation in California’s Central Valley (home to Mondavi’s Lodi-Woodbridge winery).

BC Okanagan Chardonnay

Plenty of ripe fruit both on the nose and on the palate such as fresh peach, pear and apple nicely accented by refreshing lemon and lime and a sprinkle of spice. Vanilla undertones add subtle complexity without masking the fruit-forward bouquet and flavours.

New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc

A classic racy and flavourful New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with gentle aromas of fresh cut grass with gooseberry, asparagus, passion fruit, melon and citrus notes.
