Do I need a liquor license to serve the wine at my wedding? Yes, you’ll need to apply for a Special Occasion License. You can find details on the application process at http://www.agco.on.ca/en/whatwedo/permit_special.aspx.
How many visits are required to make the wine? Two visits are required, spaced 4-6 weeks apart. The first visit is a quick (5-10 minute) session to pay for the wine and start the fermentation process. The second visit is to bottle the finished product, which takes approximately 30 minutes per batch.
What wine selections are available? We offer a variety of wines priced in 28-30 bottle batches. Check out our selection at https://winebutler.ca/wine-list/.
