Our friendly staff will guide you through adding a small packet of yeast to your grape juice – this only takes 5 minutes! Then, we’ll take care of the intermediate processing steps like fermenting, racking, and filtering your wine over the next 5 weeks. When your wine is ready to be bottled, we’ll let you know.
At your bottling appointment, we’ll sterilize your bottles for you, or you can purchase new ones from us for $1.10 per bottle. Each batch makes 28 bottles, and the price you see includes all materials like labels, corks, and seals. Fill your bottles, cork them with our air-powered corker, shrink-wrap the tops in the color of your choice, and apply your labels.
