BBQ and Wine Pairings


Sommeliers Bill Elsey and Nathan Prater make Labor Day BBQ and Wine Pairing recommendations. Bill and Nathan  were recently awarded 1st and 2nd place in Texas’ Best Sommelier Competition at TexSom 2011. Ideas include Grenache, Zinfandel, Sparkling Wines as well as dry Rose wines. Perfect wines to pair with grilling.
